in this videoi learned that our immune system fights off all kinds of viruses when your rick but some viruses it cant fight off. i also learned that your immune system remembers viruses when you contract them.
i think its cool how your immune system remembers viruses so when/if yiu get it again it knows how to fight it off,i used to wonder when i got a vaccine id get sick. now i know why that happens
Its weird at first how your own immune system can attackits self.. i would have never thought of that but at that same time your immune system fighs of many diseases with the help of your skin and white b;ood cells of course. i never new though that aids killed and weakened your immune system. All in all your immune system is a very productive system and we probably couldnt live wihout it.
Its really weird how there are so any different viruses and how they make so many antibodies to stop all the viruses. Wouldnt you have to get 10 vaccines a year just to stop them.
Remember, our body can make the antibodies without the vacine, the vacine is just a weaker version of the virus - and once you have the antibodies, your body knows how to fight off the vacine (as long as it hasn't mutated :)
I always forget that skin is one of the biggest defences against pathogens. I used to think you just got sick because you did, not that you could take a number of steps to prevent it most of the time. Anibiotics and Vaccines can be taken to get rid of or prevent viruses and bacteria from really harming us to much. I remember when H1N1 was a really big thing, everyoe wearing facemasks. If we get sick, we get sick. I think that our technology we have is why we have so many people. a long time ago, if someone got the fever, everyone was worried because the person had a great chance of dying. Now parents just put their child in front of a T.V. until they get better.(that's what my parents do, after giving us medicine and such if we really need it)Fun, I know. I could probably write a book about my opinion so I'll just stop now.

A fun learning experience! Put this in the thought of war. The scouts or look outs keep a watch for any bad guys coming toward thier base. Then all of a sudden a terroist pops up. Then the scout tells the rest of the army whats gonig on and then all H, E, double hockey sticks brakes loose and KA-BOOM, the terroist is gone. now they make sure there is double guard dutie to make sure there is no more bad guys trying to sneek in and blow every thing up. But that one day that your scout was on lunch break and a terroist sneaks in and tells everyone where your base is and the whole terroist army and anihilates everything. Once they leave, the few survivers half to rebiuld everything. It takes a long time to bebuild and you might need renforcements. The worst thing that could happen would be if the terroist came back and terrminated the rest of the survivers. Or you can put it in the thought of War of the Wolds. (an amazing movie) The aliens where studying human kind and then they attacked. The aliens were kicking the buts of humanity until they found a wepon to fight against the aliens. Either way both examples show how diseases attack the bodie. You can also put it in the thought of transformers. The autobots protect earth from the decticons. The autobots are white blood cells and the decepticons are the diseases. Transformers 1 the first time your bodie gets the disease, so the atobots fight of the disease/ decepticons. Trnsformers 2 the decpticons tried to come back but the autobots fout back and wone again. Transformers 3 the decepticons came back stronger than ever and took over the world.(or in Hollywood only America) At this point you would very, very sick and you are about to die until the autobots come and beat the crap out of the decepticons and save the day!!! AGAIN!!! Getting a bad ilness is like watching aliens the movie!You feel so sick youre always tiered, its like seeing Tommy Boy, but if those autobots do there job youll be as happy when Shane died on the Walking dead, but a little sad because you half to go to school.
